As a leader in the industry, PRISM is accredited by the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the DENR as a Recognized EIA Preparer. Our core competencies include the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), Environmental Performance Report and Management Plans (EPRMP), and Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Reports. We also specialize in corporate environmental audits and monitoring compliance. Furthermore, PRISM is an authorized and recognized training organization of the EMB for Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training.

ADVISORY | EMB Memorandum Circular No. 2025-002
The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) issues Memorandum Circular No. 2025-002, amending MC No. 2020-29 and setting updated guidelines for EMB-recognized Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training Organizations and Institutions. Effective 23 January 2026, PCO and Managing Head trainings shall be conducted primarily through face-to-face sessions, with online or mixed modalities allowed only under specific, justified circumstances.
